“Your excellent logs arrived and was put under the office window as requested between house and garage. One observation from a neighbour who saw his arrival, was that the driver drove past, missed the house, and turned a the bottom in their gateway, and came back up the one way street of Tanpit Lane the wrong way. NB it could be worth being aware for the next delivery that there are CCTV cameras about as this has become a problem.”

“Everyone was very helpful but the delivery went to my daughters house in Tarvin but had a wonderful driver who diverted and delivered it to me in Tarporley.”

“Excellent service, wood densely packed into crate - highly recommended. Would have been even better if the delivery driver had taken the time to get closer to the buildings !”

“Can’t fault the contents of bulk bags. Had birch, ash and oak. Impressed with the quality and size. Appreciated the price reductions - being retired such savings mean a lot. Delivery was friendly, prompt and efficient. I just wish in these recycling days with storing and returning the bags on the next delivery you get some recognition for their return.”

Thank you for your lovely review. Pleased you are happy with our product and pricing. We collect and recycle empty bags when we are re-delivering to the same address, we can't collect empty bags if not delivering as this is not viable.

“Firewood brilliant however the delivery company took no notice of the size of the delivery truck. Felt sorry for the driver having to maneuver his truck in the restricted area in my road.”

“Great product - burns cleanly and puts out a lot of heat. Delivery exactly on time and as advised on the website. It was a shame a lot of the packs were out of stock but it has been cold lately...”

“Excellent product and service let down only by Trev the driver having been given a mobile number with one digit wrong. Tried to call to confirm it would be last delivery at 5pm. Failed so left waiting all day.”

Hi Nigel Thanks for the review. Sorry the driver had the wrong number. You did book an all day delivery slot which means the pallet can turn up at anytime as specified on the order process and you also specified that you didn't need to be there to accept delivery, so there was no need to wait in.

“The ordering and delivering of the logs exceeded expectations. The goods arrived on time and were delivered where we asked to, just outside our back door. The logs are great but are covered in dust as if they had been on a building site. Other than that they are very good.”
