Very satisfied with the logs ( oak and birch)which measured about 12% on our moisturre meter. The only point of improvement would be to offer a stacking service and removal of the delivery pallet? I appreciate there would be an extra charge for this and perhaps there could be an incentivisation for collection of old pallets? Overall though very happy with the quality of logs. The customer service team are very professional and helpful based on previous dealings with them. Thank you
