The product is excellent and the customer service is also very good. Fast delivery, but the courier refused to wheel the crate to the door at the end of the drive. This was despite easy access through a concrete ramp that we built just for deliveries of heavy products. We had to pay some cash and in the end he agreed to do the work, which required a bit of effort (pushing the heavy cart)
