We have used Dalby for over 7 years and always are very happy with the product. We ordered a pallet on special offer and the delivery was unfortunately not to their normal high quality standard - it never arrived ! I contacted Olivia at Dalby who tried to get the delivery reorganised for the next day but sadly this didn’t happen. Since we were going on holiday I asked for the delivery to be rescheduled for about 10 days later. This she did and the pallet arrived as expected. They had some difficulty getting it off the lorry and it was clear that the original pallet had been badly damaged. It had all been put on another pallet and then shrink wrapped. Delivered a bit wonky with some loose pieces on top but all to the excellent Dalby quality. I’ll forgive them this one. Thanks Olivia!
