There was an issue with the delivery as the pallet (and the pallet truck) fell off the tail lift. This inevitably broke the pallet and the contents spread all over the drive. The driver and I shifted the wood to the storage location, which was up the flat access drive, but this took a considerable amount of time.
It would be worth speaking to your shippers about this as it appeared to me that the tail lift was possibly tot robust enough for the load.
