Ordering very straight forward. Always deliver promptly after ordering and right at the promised time, in bags with an extra piece on tiptop which can be tied up to keep the wood dry. Beautifully kiln dried and cut to uniform length to fit a log burner. We always order kindling at the same time, it lasts a long time and comes in clean thick paper bags.
