“I usually buy from another source but the Pallets from Dalby are 25% bigger meaning 25% less space in my garage used. I was pleasantly surprised that they also came wrapped in plastic, so can easily be stored outside. Will definitely use Dalby again. 10 out of 10”

“I can't fault the quality of the wood provided but it is a bit pricey. I do however have one issue as a regular customer. I NEVER receive any discount codes for the wood type I purchase and if I do receive a discount code it is usually immediately after I have taken delivery of a dump bag, therefore it expires before I have the chance to use it. A 10% discount on your next order whenever that might be would be better customer service for regular customers.”

Thank you for your review, John. Discount codes are sent out to all customers on our data base unless they have unsubscribed. Some discount codes are applicable to all species, sometimes they are only applicable to a certain species. The most recent discount code we published was species specific and not relevant to the product you ordered. If ever a customer orders a few days or weeks prior to the release of a discount code relevant to the product they've ordered, we always honour the discount on their next order. Thank you for your custom and understanding of the matter.
