“Wood is great quality. Delivery was in a large HGV which is not suitable for my road and caused disruption to local traffic. This was despite me contacting Dalby on this and previous occasions to request that it is delivered in a smaller vehicle. For this reason it isn't possible for me to purchase from Dalby again.”

Hello, We would really appreciate it if you could contact us directly about the delivery so we can rectify. We told them your delivery needed to be made in a small vehicle so we were unaware this did not happen and i cannot apologise enough! The delivery company will be dealt with accordingly. We really appreciate your custom so would love the opportunity to make things right.
