There were some issues with the delivery crane but he still managed to complete our delivery and remained cheerful and professional throughout. “Wood was delivered within 3 days of ordering. Delivery man off-loaded and wheeled the dumpy bag into my garage for me, couldn't have been nicer nor more helpful. The wood is dry,clean (medium/small cut). Have used Dalby Firewood before, will use them again. Definitely recommended.”

“Wood ordered Thursday delivered Friday in response to a 10% discount - thank you very much. Driver delivered exactly where requested and was so professional we didn’t even hear his truck come up the drive and drop the large bag off. And no we were not asleep we were actually in an adjacent room - must try to train the new dogs better! ! Wood is fine (standard logs) nice and dry with a few smaller pieces in the mix. I might have to chop some of the bigger ones so we don’t get too hot from the wood stove but I can take my time doing that as and when needed. Can I recycle the bulk bag with you or are they only single use as with builders merchants? Again Many Thanks. Michael Cannon.”
