Pleased you are happy with the wood, Margaret. We are very sorry that the delivery company had to reschedule your delivery due to high amount of freight and driver running out of time, we understand this is not convenient. Unfortunately, it is a very busy time of year for the pallet network and we do try make sure everything runs smoothly as much as we can!
