Great wood but terrible delivery. Unfortunately they use an unreliable delivery company that don't contact you (on 2 out of 2 occasions). Then they redeliver at a time that you don't agree to or can't make. Wouldn't recommend using Dalby until their delivery and customer service improves.

Hi Barney, i do apologise that your delivery did not go as planned, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances do get in the way which are unavoidable. If a delivery cannot be made, the 3rd party delivery company reschedule the day after unless advised otherwise. On this occasion they kept your delivery until a day you were happy to receive.

Let me down. After years of good service, my most recent order was rescheduled not once but twice, with no notice, having waited in both times. It arrived on the third time, drivers were pretty clueless about how to operate a basic van, etc. I had to suggest compensation in the form of a discount, it was not offered up front, and even this has failed to materialise despite asking. Will not be using again.

Hello Richard, Thank you for taking your time to leave us this review. We do inform the customer immediately after we find out about any issues. Unfortunately for us and the customer this is sometimes at the end of the day. We are at the mercy of the distribution network catastrophe due to obvious reasons and I sympathise with your anger towards us. The whole UK pallet network is under enormous strain and 9% of deliveries are failing. Once again, sorry for the failure, but please understand that this is not our fault.
