“Usual excellent service from Dalby Firewood. Initial telephone conversation very helpful and answered my questions. The online order was straightforward. The delivery slot, advised the day before, was adhered to. Driver very pleasant and helpful and placed the bulk bag of logs as near as possible to where we wanted it. Many thanks!”

“A long standing customer of Dalby Firewood as I find there Ash logs of excellent quality. Just before the new log burning season starts I have my chimney swept and there's never much soot deposit as the quality of the logs is so good!”

“Very satisfied with Dalby forest service. Delivery was right on time and the bag is one that has a cover on it so the pressure to get the logs into storage is much reduced. The logs are a good selection of large and smaller ones and are quite heavy so may well burn slowly. I won’t know about that until autumn when we start lighting the fire again.”

“Have used Dalby for years, the wood is always dry, cut to correct length and the quality is superb. I wouldn’t use anyone else, the delivery times are easy to arrange and the drivers are always professional and can place my pallet or bag exactly where I need it.”

Hi Josephine, Thank you for the 4 star review. As per our email we sent out a couple weeks back prior to you ordering, we made all of our customers aware we were closing for a week due to maintenance and there will be no deliveries within this period and on our return we got your delivery to you within 3 days. Despite the delay, we hope the logs are up to our usual standard.
