“This is the first time we've ordered wood from Dalby Firewood and it won't be the last. The people I spoke to in the office and when delivering were extremely pleasant and efficient. It seems an excellent idea to offer a mixture of birch for faster burning and oak for slower.”

We are very sorry that the delivery company had to reschedule your delivery due to high amount of freight and driver running out of time, we understand this is not convenient. Unfortunately, it is a very busy time of year for the pallet network and we do try make sure everything runs smoothly as much as we can! Hi Brian, thank you for your review. All crates are delivered by a 3rd party company due to transportation reasons. This has always been the case. 🙂 In regards to the time it was delivered, i can see it was delivered after 17:30 which i can only apologise for. This time of year, there is a huge increase of freight going through the network so much busier than usual! Hope the wood is up to standard and hope you have a lovely Christmas!
