“As usual, excellent from the order process through to receipt. Love the new bigger bag that allows for wet weather protection if needed. Logs are really good to burn too!”

“Excellent! Delivered right to the back door, crated and wrapped really well, logs top quality. Even with today's covid restrictions and all its associated problems, the service is excellent. We are now well stocked and ready for the winter.”

“Great service as always. Good to have the option of having the bag put very near to where it needs to be. I’ve had tipper loads dumped on the pavement by other suppliers in the past. It’s little things like that that make the difference.”

“Having finished stacking a bulk bag of kiln dried Birch yesterday, it seemed appropriate to light the log burner that evening. Good quality product as always, burning hot and bright!”

“Great quick service and lovely logs. Bought 2 of the starter boxes as I have nowhere to store a huge amount of logs. Delivery was a day earlier than I scheduled but luckily I was home. Will definitely use Dalby again”

“Ordered 2 bulk bags of Dalby Gold Ash, found it to be competitively priced. Timed delivery was on time and efficient, in fact the combination of the crane on the truck and the trolley meant that the bulk bags could be wheeled directly into our garden store. Good service and the wood is burning well!”
