“As aways Dalby firewood has deliverd on tme and the drivers are always pleasant and put your pallet of wood exactley where you want it I highly rate them.”

“We have used Dalby Firewood twice now and each time, they have been impressive. Their web site is clear and easy to use, orders are dispatched quickly and delivery of a palette is handled by the shipper very professionally. The logs are cut perfectly for use in a small wood burning stove and the wood is well dried so there is little soot and oil generation. I really can't say more than that, we will continue to buy from Dalby Firewood despite living in Sussex which has plenty of local suppliers but which are just not as good.”

“An excellent product from a brilliant supplier. The wood is very dry and burns very hot,no rubbish whatsoever. My stove ignited first time every time and burns hot and clean.Customer care standards are very high .This is my third delivery and I am delighted. I have recommended Dalby Firewood to my neighbours and they too are very pleased. I wouldn't buy any other wood.”

“Aug 2015. Delivery was towards the end of the delivery day (08:30 - 17:30) but I could have called up earlier to find out the timings if I had read the info sooner. The logs arrived all neatly stacked & wrapped on a pallet, so if you can have them delivered to your storage area it would be a doddle. Unfortunately I had to transfer ours but I did get a good look at them. All the logs are cut to the exact size we need for our small wood burner. Can't say anything about their burning quality as we haven't lit the fire yet, but they look & smell great! The delivery pallet make brilliant kindling too!”

“Very prompt service I hadn't actually placed the order but was considering one with a load left in my basket ready to place was called and told we have a delivery in your area tomorrow So I said yes you can't get quicker than that for service”

“We have found Dalby Firewood very good for suppling wood for our stove. It is very conveniently delivered in a large bag and can be dropped just where we need it. The wood is just as stated and burns slowly, yet gives out a lot of heat. The staff are pleasant and helpfull.”
