“Stove is being fitted today so have yet to light a fire, but logs look fine, with consistent size down to the bottom of the bag. Delivery at exactly the time agreed.”

“Ordered 3 days ago and delivered as promised. Packaging excellent and protected from the elements. Haven’t used the wood yet but it looks really good and certainly seems to be as advertised. Can’t fault Dalby Firewood for their excellent communications. Would use again”

“Thank you Dalby Firewood. The quality of the mixed oak and birch bag is very good. I received a text with a 30 min time slot for delivery. The driver was very helpful and dropped it just where I wanted it. I wish all deliveries were as efficient as yours!”

“A really excellent company with a really excellent product! Everybody that I have spoken to at Dalby Firewood has always been polite, friendly and professional. We had a woodburner put in several years ago and Dalby Firewood was the first company that we bought logs from and they provided such an excellent service that we have never gone to another log supplier for our firewood, if you need logs don’t go anywhere else but Dalby you won’t be disappointed!”

“Year on year, always a first class service from Dalby Firewood. Deliver when they state to the location you ask. Great quality firewood. What more could you ask for? My log store is now stocked up ready for the winter.”

“Great service, ordered over phone. Delivered expertly the following week with a days notice via text giving a half hour slot. Placed where I wanted it. Ordered large bag of kiln dried ash, good sized logs, 25cm long and most importantly, dry (11%). No scraps of bark and chips in bottom of bag when emptied. Can recommend wholeheartedly.”

“Arrived within the time slot ,the logs were placed right next to my wood store . The driver was extremely helpful. The logs burn very hot , the house has never been so cosy. Thank you.”
