“Unfortunately due to high demand these poor guys ran out of wood, so we had a short wait but they were excellent letting us know what the problem was and when the order would be fulfilled. Delivered when asked for, excellent service as usual. Perfect company quality goods. Thanks again everyone.”

“Been buying charcoal since Dalby was recommended to me by several of the BBQ family in the UK. This was my first foray into buying kiln dried wood and I wasn’t disappointed. It was well packed and seemed a shame to dismantle and move to the wood store. Now here’s a thing, turns out that this cube thingy packed in much more wood than I expected, the wood store is full to bursting and now the outer sides of the pallet will now make fantastic kindling. That’s a real winner Thanks Joe & Bina great service 👍”

“I ordered 1x Dalby Gold Kiln Dried Ash Crate (Standard Cut, Extra-Dry) OMG what a great pallet this was. More than I expected and used some tonight, warmest we’ve been in ages. My older Ash was so dense it took ages to burn this stuff was so much better. Another plus is the friendly staff, the boss Joe and the office admin Bina are just so responsive and helpful. You might think it’s a lot of money but hey you get what you pay for, great value 👍”
