“Dalby Firewood excellent, though they were let down by their courier who failed to deliver for reasons that were unclear, possibly a breakdown or heavy traffic. Dolby Firewood immediately rearranged delivery and refunded the delivery fee. The rearranged delivery arrived as scheduled.”

“Delivery on time. Driver placed where instructed. Bulk bag well packed and covered. Wood cut into manageable size for my smaller stove (thin cut) - I've found chopped wood from lot of suppliers too large, so real treat! Lovely and dry. All in all excellent purchase and service.”

“Happy with wood ..lovely smell of birch and oak. Arrived in big bag loose which made it a lot easier for me to decant into garden. Last yr another company had wood in nets & I could barely lift them. Will order again.”
