“Once again wonderful, friendly service. When you need logs, kindling or fire lighters you do not need to go anywhere but here. Quality fantastic and logs just the right size. Fantastic company !!”

“I have used Dalby for some time. I find their delivery and service very good. I usually buy ask bags and have done so this year. Sadly at the time of ordering they had no large cuts which I prefer but Apart from that the standard cuts will do.”

“As described on the website and as ordered and quick delivery. Only negative is not Dalby's fault and that was the boxes were battered and ripped open I assume by the courier as cant believe they would have been dispatched in such a way”

“(Just for you, not to be published) I thought you were great. The delivery took a while to come, but I understand things are much slower at this time of year. I felt the apology for the slow delivery was ‘heart felt’ and not just a cover up. Everyone I spoke to (including the new girl) were lovely, which is so important, and the delivery driver was extremely patient with me while I battled to find my car keys and back the car out. Thank you, I hope it burns well!”

“Polite and helpful message to let us know our delivery would be a day late. It was still a very prompt delivery. Really good customer service. Their lumpwood charcoal works really well in our fire pit. Much less smoke than when using logs.”

“Due to traffic the delivery slot was missed - but I was kept advised by Customer Service who were superb. When driver arrived he went above and beyond by helping pull a heavy load up a short incline. Thanks Dalby.”

“I can only review your delivery and the size of the bags received, both of which are rated highly. Hoping that the charcoal and its performance is up to the same high standard when used at the weekend, I very much prefer to order formt eh UK rather than have imported Chinese charcoal”
