“Just had my first delivery from Dalby and it was magnificent. Very helpful driver put them exactly where we needed them and the Ash bags are super convenient and good value. I was accidentally sent a few more than I ordered and I’ve been allowed to keep them a great unexpected bonus….top class all round”

“I have been a repeat customer for over 8 years as always the Dalby Gold Ash Crate and kindling is excellent quality and delivery is 10/10. Apart from the price which has increased since I ordered last May 2022 due to high energy costs I would not order from another supplier as I have never experienced any problems”

“Easy purchase on line with quick delivery which we were informed about. Also - no idea how it happened but the logs were placed in the perfect location. We were having a stove fitted at the same time and the comment from the gents doing that was "blimey that's good quality wood" and they must know their stuff. We're fulfilling a long held dream of moving back to Yorkshire and a fire is part of that, so thank you. Oh and the fact it snowed that night made it even better!!”

“We were amazed at the very prompt response to our order. Driver arrived within the promised half hour window and dropped off within the inch of our requested drop off spot. AND the gold logs are everything that was described. Excellent.”

“Clean and good burning ash. Pity price up by so much over last year. Liked the new pallet - nails pulled out easily. At long last pallet firm had a motorised trolley. Timed the delivery well - down to last two logs!”

“First time I’ve used you , the wood seems a very good mix and it’s burning well , pity you don’t take the bags back, seems a waste , But very happy with the first purchase very helpful lady on the phone , The delivery was on time , again a very nice chap who dropped it off Many thanks , Patricia Reeve 😊😊”

The reason we are unable to take these bags back is because we use a 3rd party delivery company so there is no way of them being returned but they can be recycled.
