“Friendly very helpful and the drivers are always polite and will put the bags of logs wherever you want them, I have used Dolby firewood for many years and never been disappointed with the logs and the company if I could I would give ten stars.”

“Good product, efficiently delivered within the time window advised. By offloading the bulk bags onto the trolley, the driver could position them exactly where we wanted in the store for ease of emptying onto our log stack. Very good and friendly service!”

“My latest delivery was as expected. Delivered on time by a very obliging driver, the crate was tightly packed and full of lovely looking ash. Dalby seems able to maintain a good level of quality over time. This is I think my 7th consignment and is as good as all the previous ones. Thank you and well done to all at Dalby Firewood!”

“Let me down. After years of good service, my most recent order was rescheduled not once but twice, with no notice, having waited in both times. It arrived on the third time, drivers were pretty clueless about how to operate a basic van, etc. I had to suggest compensation in the form of a discount, it was not offered up front, and even this has failed to materialise despite asking. Will not be using again.”

Hello Richard, Thank you for taking your time to leave us this review. We do inform the customer immediately after we find out about any issues. Unfortunately for us and the customer this is sometimes at the end of the day. We are at the mercy of the distribution network catastrophe due to obvious reasons and I sympathise with your anger towards us. The whole UK pallet network is under enormous strain and 9% of deliveries are failing. Once again, sorry for the failure, but please understand that this is not our fault. We have offered you a discount on your next order as per our email thread exchanged on 21.09.21.
