“After an initial mix up over deliveries , Sabina could not have bene more helpful if contacting me and resolving the problem and ensuring that the delivery was at on a convenient date and at a suitable time.”

“We discovered Dalby Firewood in 2016 after some major quality and delivery issues with other suppliers. Glad we did. Deliveries are always bang on time, the level of service from online ordering to delivery is seamless. Texts for delivery come 24h in advance. Staff know customer service and the products are too quality - great selection of wood, cut types; dry and ready to burn. If you are buying from somewhere else: switch now!”

“Having purchased kiln dried wood from a local supplier as I missed Christmas deadline for Dalby delivery. I now realise how good the wood from Dalby is always checked at 11%/14% moisture and delivered on the day requested,No ash left in tray”

“First time ordering with Dalby firewood. An easy process online and helpful on the telephone with a question I had. Delivery slot sent on text/mail the day before with a time frame. The quality of the kiln dried gold ash bags is first class and burns really lovely, hot and not so quickly. Yes you do have to pay more than your average bag on non dried wood but you don’t get the hiss of your wood smouldering instead of burning. I will order again. The delivery driver was a great help and got as close as he could to our log store with the low- loader and grab. A great help and not too much for him either. Thank you.”

“Amazing service. We were given an 30 min delivery slot. Found the staff very very helpful and understanding. The staff are all very knowledgeable and informative ie which is the right wood for lighting, long burning etc.”

As you're in our local delivery area we can take away the empty bulk bags from previous deliveries - just be sure to add this to your delivery instructions. Please leave the bags empty, folded and visible for the driver.
