“Quality of wood is fantastic and means warmer evenings through the winter. Only small complaint is that I paid a premium for a specific delivery time however wood was delivered two hours earlier when I was not there which meant a longer wheelbarrow trip to place the wood in the log store. To add insult to injury I paid extra for the specific time.”

Thank you very much Mr Marsden for taking the time to leave us a 5* review, we're very happy to hear you were happy with the quality of the products. As we discussed during our email exchange the delivery company has a huge amount of freight going through the network at the moment, due to this, on rare occasions the depots have brought deliveries forward to coincide with other drops. However if they had arrived outside of the booked time slot and this was inconvenient they would have returned later to make the delivery. Thank you for speaking to me in regards to this and I look forward to hearing from you again

“Order to Hove - delivery as per expected date. Best quality firewood I've used - and i've used A LOT! (£140 bag). Slow to burn, maximum heat. Definitely using again...”

“Excellent quality logs that burn well. I opt for free delivery so no specific time allotted, just the day, but I always get a text before delivery to give an ETA. Definitely recommend”

“Dear Dolby, I have just been chucking my logs down into my cellar and I am pleased to see that they are thinner than last time and a whole lot more usable. I won’t have to struggle with chopping them in half. Thanks.”
