“Excellent service as usual, prompt delivery and excellent logs with no wastage. This is my fifth year with Dalby Firewood and I am happy to recommend them to friends and neighbours.”

“Delivered on time and placed exactly where it was needed. Bonus free gift of kindling an firelighters too. We Will have to wait for the cooler weather to find out how it burns.”

“Easy stress free ordering with very quick delivery times. Couldn't give 5 stars as not burnt any wood yet, but have been recommended by several friends from around the country”

“Excellent wood and very well presented. My only issue was with the delivery itself. I included a caveat with the order that a very large truck would not be able to access the property. The wood arrived on an eighteen ton truck and had to be left at the end of a very long drive and moved by hand. Not ideal.”

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave an excellent review even though the delivery was made on an incorrect vehicle. This is extremely frustrating for us also. “Refreshing to see a simple order process via the web. Speedy and efficient delivery service. Polite and helpful young man dropped off the logs exactly where I asked. All stacked and ready for autumn, lets hope they burn as well as they look and I will become a repeat customer.”

“Generous amount of wood for the price; free fire lighters and kindling were a bonus. Can't comment on how it burns as won't be using the fire until Winter, but the logs appear good quality and thoroughly dried.”

“The firewood was delivered the day after the order. I asked for it to be left on my drive if I was not at home. The order was left on the side of the drive giving me access to the garage. Many thanks. D.Ogden.”

“Ordering was easy, delivery came at a slotted time even got a call to say he was on his way. Put the wood where we wanted it... Tried the wood so far only once, what a lovely smell when it burns... Overall just prefect from start to finish..”

“Prompt and helpful delivery. The logs are clean and burn wonderfully well. We have stopped buying logs to season outside and just order a bulk bag of Dalby a Gold to store undercover whenever we need it throughout the colder months. Good value”
