“First class firewood of the highest standard, excellent for log burners on these cold winter nights, would recommend dalby to anyone looking for firewood, bought a crate of dalby gold will last for at least two winters thanks to all involved for delivering this great long lasting firewood.”

“Ordered another 3 bags of hardwood logs last week, delivered on time & placed exactly where I wanted them. Only minor gripe is that this batch has a much bigger water content than the last, some logs are as high as 25% & take longer to burn plus give off more smoke. They will dry out over time & I would order again.”

Thanks for the feedback. The moisture content average of the seasoned is an average of 18% or less. This does mean that some thicker logs will be higher than others, but the average batch content should be 18%. Please advise if this is not the case and we will swop the logs over. Thanks

“The whole process was excellent and the delivery driver couldn't have been more helpful. The only further feedback I'd give is that the pallets used to deliver the logs in large bags could be removed and taken away at the time of delivery. Otherwise you're left with the pallets to dispose of.”

“I have a wood burner in a conservatory so you need heat from your wood supply and Dolby have such a great product. I gave tried cheaper providers but will stay with Dalbynow that I have found them as any thing else is false economy. Their website is comprehensive and service is great (even when it's pouring down with rain)”

“I highly recommend dalby fire wood , they are absolutely lovely to deal with, very professional and on delivery of the wood, nothing was to much trouble . The fire wood is exceptionally dry and burns perfectly. Give them a try, you won't regret it.”

“Repeat customer - I wouldn't go anywhere else, here's my reasons: Fantastic service (again!); Great communications (again!); Really good value (yet again!); Kiln dried birch/ash - evenly cut and wonderful wood - burns slowly, long and gives out great heat (again!). So 100% pleased :) anyone wondering where to buy from or whether to buy?... Don't have any doubts - buy!”
