“First time ordering and was perfect no issues. Was even sent a message with a 30 min time slot for delivery that was super accurate. Fella who delivered was polite and couldn’t do enough even wheeled the massive bag into my garage! *5 STARS* thank you :)”

“Straight forward to order from on the website, arrived within the 30min time frame I was given. The bag was surprisingly large and filled to bursting! The woods all good pieces, very few knots so easy to cut. Very happy with my order.”

“Arrived next day, well packaged and undamaged. This is my favourite charcoal for using in my kamado - lights relatively quickly, gets very hot with vents open for searing and lasts well with them closed down for low and slow cooks. Would be good to see the 10kg bags available again as they're slightly better value than the 2kg ones.”
