“Good quality product. Moisture content as stated on website. Delivery ontime and driver very helpful in moving the pallet as close as possible to my wood store. Very pleased and will use Dalby again. I was hoping to get some Kiln dried oak logs to mix with the ash logs for longer burn time but currently out of stock.”

“Service and quality of goods excellent. Only other observation is that I would have preferred a phone call prior to delivery even though I indicated it was not necessary for me to be present. This would have given me notice to move my car from the drop off area before the delivery arrived and saved both the driver and myself some time. Thankyou. J.H.Parr.”

“Impressive service. The delivery arrived on the day, the guy was hugely helpful and wheeled it to the spot we needed it to go, the packaging is amazing and we almost regret having a log store as the crate the wood arrived in is its own store. Sadly I cannot review how the wood burns as we have not used any yet.....which makes the point of this review rather redundant, sorry. But the logs look great!!!”
