“My order arrived within the specified 7 days window and within minutes of the time slot sent me the day before. Excellent service and I find the birch logs anot ideal burner for my burners”

“As a first time user we have been impressed by the on line set up, and subsequently with the arrangements for delivery. One slight niggle which you might take on board: the blurb and picture show a 'big bag' with wood and caption 0.8 cubic metres. That is the volume of the bag - not of the wood.”

We measure our firewood by loose volume as this is the only way to accurately measure the same volume of wood each time.

“Just finished transferring Dalby Ash logs from delivery pallet to log store. Quality and cut size are ideal, and well up to usual Dalby excellent standard. Now have sufficient logs for winter.”
