“Very easy to place an order, with an easy to understand website and payment system. Delivery was within two days of placing my order and the expected delivery time slot was sent by text/email. The wood looks to be nice and dry and good quality, as per previous orders. Many thanks”

“I’ve head three deliveries from Dalby and all have arrived on time, with all logs of good quality and well packed. The delivery guys have all been really obliging with no complaints about delivering to the top of my drive. I’ve recommended Dalby to many friends and I’m happy to do so again.”

“Would just like to say how deeply satisfied I am with the quality of logs purchased from dalby firewood. Of low moister content but really well and give off a great heat source. I would further like to say the service offered was of high quality logs arrived at appointed time staff courteous and all in all I would definitely use this company again and cannot recommend them highly enough.”

Many thanks for taking the time to leave us a 5* review! It's great to hear that you were impressed with the service Mr Thomas. The price is reflective of the quality we only use the highest quality raw materials to produce our firewood and kiln dry the products to ensure low moisture content. There are cheaper suppliers out there but the quality may lack, if you should choose to shop around please be sure to buy from Woodsure accredited 'Ready to Burn' suppliers. This ensures low moisture content, sustainability and is in line with the new government restrictions that are law from early 2021.
