“Ordered the logs, came ln a Lorry on a pallet man put the pallet on my drive where I wanted it .All with in a week. Warm house very happy family just like that Super”

“At a time when oil,coal,log companies are rammed with business because of the current weather,and deliveries are expected later than normal ......oh no not with Daley ! Order placed on line,confirmation received, next day a text to confirm delivery tomorrow within a one hour window. Fantastic service as ever.....on top of that the logs are superb.”

“The order was dispatched next day and arrived two days later, Perfect. The wood was fabulous. I have not had an all Ash order before but the heat and burn is exceptional and the extra heat is very noticeable. The wood being under 15% water was also a bonus. It always amazes me how if you had a glass and filled it with 20% water how that will if it was related to a log it would burn. Great service!”

“The service was excellent with communications and delivery as promised on the website. Although the ash and birch logs were more expensive than our previous supplier the mix of logs and quality has meant that we have burnt far less so far, thus making them cost effective. We are very pleased with the entire experience and will be using Dalby Firewood again for our log supplies.”

“Customer service on telephone order was superb and very friendly. The driver as very helpful and placed the delivery exactly where I wanted it. Unfortunately, the price was not competitive when compared with other suppliers (my local garage) for a similar quality and quantity. A shame really as this is a great business to deal with!”

Thanks very much for taking the time to leave us a review. We're pleased to hear that you were pleased with the service and that you were impressed by our next day delivery to yourself. You are correct that some garage suppliers prices may be less than ours, but we can guarantee that they will not be the same high quality or have the same low moisture content, therefore having a lower calorific value (putting out less heat and higher emissions). I would also like to point out that you have received the 40cm Logs which are very unlikely to be stocked at a garage. Hope this answers your queries
