“after a week of atrocious weather we were grateful for the quick delivery of our logs. As ever they were of excellent quality and burned really well. We would always recommend Dalby Firewood , we have tried other companies but they did not provide the same high standard of logs or the level of efficient delivery we have come to expect.”

“Excellent quality wood (Extra dry Ash). Delivered on time to my front door in very difficult weather conditions. The logs were even covered with an additional bag to keep the snow off. Much appreciated. Thanks very much.”

“After a visit to your business and the very helpful and well informed staff who explained the services and the different types of logs available, I was happy to place an order, This was delivered the next day after an email delivery confirmation and sited exactly where it was required. Both the quality of the logs and the service from all the staff I came into contact with is very very good. Thank you”

“Great logs, chopped to the perfect size for a log burner and nice and dry. Only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because they came wrapped in plastic sheeting which from an environmental point of view was disappointing.”

Adam Sorry you feel disappointed that we use plastic to keep the logs dry. From an environmental aspect and also our HETAS and WOODSURE accreditation, we have to make sure the firewood is delivered bone dry and ready to burn.

“Very prompt delivery and the firewood is excellent, I always got my firewood from local guy but was all ways damp and hard to light it was cheap but the extra money for kiln dried is well worth it.”

“The crate of mixed oak and birch arrived early on the day promised and very good it has been too. There really does seem something like a 50-50 mix of the two woods, and never so far this season have the stove fires been so easy and quick to light and then create much heat once lit. Just as hoped in this especially cold week with a large area to heat. Let’s hope that the next time I go to place an order, that mixed crate will still be available.”
