“I just love my Dalby Firewood. Consistantly great quality. It's not about price, it's about value for money. A great friendly family business too. My personal favourite is Ash, a long burn with some heat but it likes it hot in your burner. Birch is great to but burns faster. The crates make fantastic kindling too. I can buy my wood cheaper but the quality never ever matches the Dalby Wood, even my better half has been converted following some testing we did last year.”

Please can you elaborate on the dissatisfaction with the delivery times? All of your deliveries have been made on time as are 99% of our deliveries. We see that you ordered over the Xmas period when we are closed, even though we sent multiple emails reminding customers of opening hours. We have plenty of staff and all deliveries over Xmas were dispatched on time so to give us a negative review because you chose to order when we were closed is a bit harsh.
