“Wanted to find a good value charcoal for my Kamado oven. Was using KJ Big Block Charcoal which always seems to struggle to reach high temperatures quickly. No such problems with Dalby Firewood charcoal. Good clean burn, lasts for a good while and good value. I’m pleased with it and will buy again”

“I would like to say that this is probably the best delivery we ever receive and as usual the delivery went brilliantly.We had a message the night before giving us a time slot, the driver arrived bang on time and was extremely helpful in moving the logs right next to our logs store and he even covered them over with a tarp so the didn't get wet. A big thank you to this poor young man who was absolutely soaked to the skin but still cheerful and polite. The logs are brilliant(we have not burnt any yet due to the appalling weather) ALL ROUND A BIG THANK YOU AND WELL DONE TO DALBY FIREWOOD !!!”

“Ordered Wednesday, delivered Friday by Dalby Firewood themselves, very friendly. This was my first purchase, the charcoal itself is far superior to what I've ever used previously. Lights faster, burns cleaner and lasts far longer. Cannot recommend enough.”

“Excellent , informative website. Easy to order. Delivery was on time and bag placed exactly as instructions. Was raining when delivered so they covered the bag to keep the logs dry. Thankyou.”

“Simple ordering. Came on the booked day. Looks good but not burning at present so unable to say how it burns. All previous drops have been great so expect no problems.”

“Delivery was on time and accurate. I cannot rate the wood that was delivered as we’ve never used Ash before and I’m writing this in June, so , the wood burner is not seeing much action.”
