“Easy to order, quick delivery - mixture of sizing in the logs, some are much too big for my log burner and I’ll have to try and split them again or I’ll not be able to use them. I ordered the right length to fit the log burner it’s these logs are chunking and just too deep to fit in.”

Hi Stephanie Your previous order was a thickness of Standard/thin. This recent order was standard cut. If you have a small burner then we recommend the thin cut.

“I have used Dalby Firewood twice for log deliveries. The shop works smoothly, delivery is efficient and transported right up to the log store, and the logs are good, with low moisture content (checked with meter). I like using a provider that continues to offer the option of seasoned logs, as the kiln dried alternative takes additional energy. Also offer options on smaller and larger logs at same price.”

“Delivered right to where we requested at the time advised by the e-mail by a very helpful young man, the wood is clean and presentable and cut to perfect sizing. Excellent service & excellent wood top marks for price and service.”

“2bags of charcoal and 2 bags of firewood ordered on late Sunday night. Received the wood Tuesday, and the charcoal later in the week. I even got a call from Dalby, explaining the delivery hold up. Ver impressed with the product, and service. Will definitely be using again.”
