“The wood was packed so well that no more could have possibly been got in and the wood seems very good and nice sizes. The only thing is next time I would order the smaller crate as we didn't realise quite how much there would be in a crate. The delivery man was extremely pleasant even asking were we would like him to leave the crate. We will definitely use Darby Firewood again.”

“I ordered your firewood and had to change the delivery date at short notice. This was no problem to you and the delivery date arrived. I had a text first thing in the day giving me an accurate delivery time. Curb side delivery? Oh no! John, the delivery driver, carefully reversed up our awkward drive and parked outside the garage. He then moved half a ton of logs into the garage and positioned them exactly where I wanted them. I had allocated a day of wheelbarrowing the logs up the drive which would not have been easy. Well done Dalby and WELL DONE John. Thank you.”

“Quality and packaging of wood is great. Stand out for me is quality of the delivery drivers who go the extra mile to manoeuvre an 18 ton lorry into a difficult driveway ( where other lesser drivers refuse to go) and then manoeuvre the pallet into a car port with a whole load of obstacles. Two years running, different drivers but both have done a fabulous job.”
