Thanks for the review. The only email that has been sent to you was to apologise for the delay in the delivery. Due to you only providing us with one acceptable day for delivery, we did struggle to make it asap but we did work around your schedule and deliver when it was suitable. Hope the logs are okay and we hope to hear from you again.

“We have purchased the Dalby Gold Dried Ash bulk bag previously and now with a second order we are so impressed by the quality of the logs. Wood burner is back in action, making our autumn/winter evenings very cosy.”

“Good wood at a good price, and they deliver into my garage! Too many other suppliers only promise to deliver onto my driveway. I have no wish to unload 2 cubic metres of logs onto my drive only to pull the pallet 10 yards into my garage and reload the logs! Well done Dalby for providing the service people want”

“Wood delivered within 2 days of the order being placed. Very happy with the quality of the wood. However, when I tried to reorganise the delivery date it wasn't possible (although I received a text saying it was possible).”

“Hi, I just wanted to say the driver that delivered our logs today was very good. Arrived on time, no problem with dropping the dumpy bag where we wanted it. Very cheerful and up beat, had a good chat while unloading. A very pleasant experience, please say a big thank you to him. It makes all the difference....”

“In our experience,Dalby Firewood has an excellent service from easy ordering to considerate delivery: they always put it in a convenient place as requested & protect the logs from rain. We have bought bulk bags of kiln dried ash, seasoned hardwood & kindling. All burn well and the lengths work well for an average sized log burner.”

“Order delivered on time. Logs are of the correct size as stated and burn well producing a hot fire with little ash. They also last a long time resulting in fewer logs being burned. I believe these to be quality logs, better than others tried from other sellers.”

“Once again another delivery of top quality kiln dried wood for the final pizza oven cooks of the season, winter fire pits and indoor log burners. Stocked up ready for the winter. From navigating the website, placing the order , paying and then delivery couldn’t be easier of smoother. Great delivery driver this time too - got the pallet right to the top of the drive.”
