“Delivery was prompt and efficient. The logs are nicely cut and regular in shape. I ordered seasoned but dont know how long they have been seasoned for and if I need to store them before burning.”

Hi Paul, thank you for your review. All of our firewood is ready to burn. You do not need to keep this in store any longer before using. All we advise is that the logs are kept under cover so they stay at a low moisture. Enjoy, and we look forward to hearing from you again.

“Have been delighted with the products over some time however in my recent delivery one bag which should have been logs was almost all pizza style pieces and only two logs at the bottom of the bag. As I am a generally satisfied customer I can only assume this is a mistake ....”

“Ordering process was very quick and efficient. When talking to the lady by phone she was very pleasant and cooperative in fitting in a delivery to our full timetable. The delivery was efficient as always and it took about 30 seconds for the young man to bring into our garage the large bag on a trolley and deposit it with one sort of flip into the exact spot it needed to go. The burn quality has always been excellent.”

“Very helpful ordering process and delivery very much centred around my requirements. Very pleasant staff both on ordering side and delivery. A novice when it comes to ‘real fires’ so not in best place to compare with others. The logs do smell lovely and appear nice and dry so looking very positive!”

“Really easy to order (and very helpful when I needed to add to the order) and quick delivery. The chap who delivered it was very helpful and put it exactly where I asked. Very happy with the logs and the kindling, both light easily and burn well. My first delivery from Dalby and will be using them again.”
