“Great Service from start to finish.Put my order in on the Monday and had it delivered by the Wednesday.Olivia was excellent and the chap who delivered was polite and cheerful.First time customer but will be a regular now and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.Thank you Dalby Firewood.”

“Easy to order on the website. Delivery was bang on time and left exactly where I’d asked for too. Chap delivering the wood was smart and gave me some helpful advice on how best to store the wood (I’m a newbie as far as log burners go). Will definitely use again.”

“This review is only based on my most recent delivery,previous ones have been good.I had to contact the office to find out when my delivery was actually arriving as it was over the 7 days. The delivery did arrive within the allotted time on the email.,however the driver wouldnt take the bags from previous deliveries which i left out for him.Stating that he didnt have room,strange as he had just dropped of a bags of logs.So its now down to me get rid of them”

Hi James, Thank you for the review. The reason the driver wouldn't have rang the door bell is because it says on your order that customer is NOT present for delivery. If you are needing to be present on future deliveries, please select yes at this stage of ordering. The driver will then notify you he is there before offloading. Many thanks and hope you enjoy the wood.
