“Delivery was prompt and the wood quality is excellent. Clean, well treated in kiln and just lovely quality wood. I have tried many suppliers and they all say their quality is the best , well Dalby's is the best I have purchased. I wil not look for another supplier again. I have now found my wood suppplier for ever Great product!????????????????????”

“My first time buying from Dalby. I ordered by phone, 2 meter cube Dalby gold crate and 25 bags of kindling. The young lady I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and made the process easy. The order was delivered within 5 days and the driver called when 30 minutes away. The crate was wheeled direct into my garage quickly and efficiently. My only error was not checking the size of the kindling bags, I suspect I now have 2 winters worth. So far an excellent experience, I will happily report again when we start to use the stove and hence the Ash logs. Regarding ordering and delivery I would recommend Dalby Firewood.”

“Good website provides easily accessible information on products available. Thoughtful provision of mixed (birch/oak) firewood in full and half bags and the choice of fine cut logs to aid storage and fine tune the use of the woodburner are indications of a well-planned, customer focussed business. I was pleased with the simplicity of ordering online, - and with the ability to choose delivery date and time. Perhaps less thrilled with the high additional costs of a fixed-time delivery, but I can live with a wide delivery window to save that cost. I am very content with the quality of the first delivery of logs, (and will give thought to additional paving for my drive to shorten the route into storage). All in all, I was impressed by a very professional service that has been well designed for the customer and appears to deliver a high quality product.”

“An amazing amount of logs for the money and well packed to keep them dry. My only problem living in the area I do was the delivery lorry was too large to access my road mainly due to inconsiderate parking.”
