“We've been customers since 2013 after a recommendation from our neighbours. The wood is always dry, burns really well and is delivered on time. It's good to have a choice of different woods and sizes too.”

“Quality of logs is excellent, whether Ash, Oak or Birch. The heat performance of my fire is outstanding, and the lack of chimney tar residues and soot indicates a high quality of wood.”

“We received our delivery of logs about a month ago but have only just now had our first fires and the wood burns cleanly and hot, good firewood.”

“I was called minutes after my order as they were just updating the website and the oak pallet was out of stock. Within minutes, I had a new delivery date and all is well. Shipping company gracefully placed the pallet and took time to position it correctly which saved me loads of time for unloading. Wood was tightly packed, uniform in size and shape, and pallet was fully sealed to protect from the elements. Cannot wait to see how it burns!”

“A very good website with clearly shown items and instructions regarding delivery. Feedback letting me know what stage our delivery had reached. The delivery arrived at the earliest time so we didn't have to wait in all day and allowing us the day to transport it from the kerbside to dry storage. He went out of his way to overcome parking problems due to his concern about other road users which involved him dragging our enormous pallette up a small incline to deposit it safely for us.”

“Delivery was prompt and the wood quality is excellent. Clean, well treated in kiln and just lovely quality wood. I have tried many suppliers and they all say their quality is the best , well Dalby's is the best I have purchased. I wil not look for another supplier again. I have now found my wood suppplier for ever Great product!????????????????????”
