“A slight hiccup at first I got a text telling me that it would be delivered the next day then one saying they had been delivered, but they hadn't. A phone call sorted it all out and the logs arrived on the new date. Very helpful delivery guy. Haven't tried the logs yet but they look a good size and nice and dry, so much so my neighbour ordered some.”

“Wood arrived well packed and all cut to a suitable length and dry. Tried to treat it as a jigsaw and put the tree back together but failed. Instead I am burning it and very cosy and warm as a result. Will order again from Dalby.”

“Once again very good service. Easy to order and good communication re delivery. Delivery made when arranged and bag of logs dropped off where it was needed. Yet to use the logs but have no doubts they will burn as promised.”

“The quality of Dalby Firewood is better than we have ever had from other sources. The delivery was as promised and by a gentleman who was very pleasant and skilful in placing the crate exactly where I asked in a rather full garage. Much easier than having to restack from bags.”

“Dalby firewood were extremely efficient, from the smooth operation of the web site to the fact that the office staff guessed that WE had chosen the wrong sized firewood and called us up to correct . Delivery was dead on time and the driver was really friendly and informative, The logs are uniform AND ARE OF EXCELLENT QUALITY. I don't doubt that you could probably shave a bit off the price buying off of a one man band but personally I would rather pay a little more for the service and quality”

“I am new to having a wood burner and buying wood. I found the staff very helpful, my wood was delivered without and problems and it burns beautifully. I will definitely buy my wood from Dalby Firewood again.”
