“My daughter first used you out of some desperation to find a 'real good wood burning log supplier' and wow was she wowed with your kiln dried logs! So much so that my other daughter had to have some too... and obviously now me, the mum has to have your kiln dried logs that really do 'burn' so well that I can't (daren't) go anywhere else for anything substandard to Dalby Logs! Great job & very professional business. Kindest regards... Kathryn C x”

“Quick, no fuss delivery of what look like excellent quality wood. Haven't lit a fire yet as it's too warm but the wood is bone dry to the touch. Will definitely use again. Thanks!”

“This is my first order from Dalby but it will not be my last. Very clean hardwood which arrived in a tightly wrapped and packed crate. Log length perfect with varying sizes of width/depth. I did order kindling and lighters as well which have been unpacked and stored these seem to be of the same excellent quality. Customer service was excellent with timely updates and confirmations.”

“Easy to order and quick delivery. The wood was competitively priced and of excellent quality. The driver for the delivery called ahead and loaded the logs as close as possible which was handy. We will be ordering again - thank you!”

“Excellent product knowledge shown by the lady who took the order. Good del.ivery time Very good packaging Logs look & 'feel' good, too early to say how they burn. Last year's logs were excellent. Are you missing an opportunity? My order is crated, same as last year, the crates are strong & well made,...question, are they not re-usaeable? they make good kindling but that seems to be a waste? you have, no doubt already considered this.”

Unfortunately re-using the crates isn't feasible as we deliver all over the U.K daily through a third party delivery company, but you are right they do make great kindling as the crate wood is still kiln dried and un-treated.
