“As we are new to using a stove we took our stove installers advice and ordered wood from Dalby Firewood. We ordered online and everything ran smoothly including a good discount for first time buyers. Delivery was on time and we will not hesitate to order from Dalby Firewood again. We are only on our second evening using the logs and are delighted with them already. Thank you.”

“The delivery was placed as far back between my home and my neighbours minimising the amount of work required to store it away. Would have been 5* if the driver had rung the house bell on arrival we were inside waiting.”

“Great wood just as described. Delivery within a 30 min window very helpful for planning the day but it did arrive a bit late (15mins). Still better than most deliveries so I was very happy!”

Thank you for your review, sorry we arrived 15minutes late. Traffic is sometimes an issue and we do run into issues with deliveries from time to time.

“No oversized logs in our (2) 2metre crates (standard size logs). How do they manage to pack it all so tightly? Started burning it in our log burning stove and it lights and burns a treat. Lots of warm nights to look forward to.”
