“Great logs, all about the same length, but different sizes - perfect for managing the fire. The delivery was exactly on time and the driver took the logs right up to the log store. Great service.”

“Fantastic service. Ordered on line on Sunday evening, received a text message on Monday with a delivery date, which was for Tuesday, and was even able to add some kindling on to my order as late as Tuesday morning. Would definitely recommend, and the wood burns like a dream. Very happy customer.”

“Good, speedy service. The bag of logs was on a pallet and was put where I wanted in the garage. This was my second delivery from Dalby Firewood and I recommend them for service and quality.”

“Excellent service, named day (and approximate time) of delivery. If not in, driver will unload and leave in a designated place. Very obliging, would not hesitate to recommend.”

“The order process was not the simplest and I did struggle with this part although I am not the most tech guy. Once I had ordered the logs came a couple of days later and the transport company that delivered were very helpful. The logs are great and I will be very happy to re-order when the time comes.”

“Good customer service. Always let you know when they are delivering and always arrive at the time arranged. Deliver to our cottage which has quite tricky, narrow access. Good quality logs which burn well.”
