“Easy to order. Fast delivery. Well packaged - appeared rainproof. Very pleased with the logs. All dense and a variety of (same length) sizes which are perfect for my wood burner, plus a few big ones for the outdoor fire pit. The medium crate is a perfect volume for my wood store. Can’t fault anything!”

“First order from Dalby - placed over Christmas while they were closed but delivery arranged for the day after they reopened. Emailed the day before with a half hour delivery window - arrived on time and delivered quickly to location requested. Lovely quality wood, speedy service - all good, thank you.”

“Always incredible service. Arrives exactly when they say it will and the wood is the best quality. Tried seasoned logs before but would never go back, kiln dried ash all the way!! Uses less kindling to get going and produces more heat! Handy sample boxes ordered this time to give out to customers we install stoves for, great idea.”

“AMAZING people! Telephoned a very late, last minute order as our log store was empty because we, like many others, weren’t expecting to be home for Christmas. They could not have been more sympathetic and helpful. They delivered yesterday and, as they had run out of Oak/Birch mix, we now have two bags of upgraded Gold Ash at no extra charge. We are SO VERY GRATEFUL! ...and will be warm and toastie over Christmas 🎄!! HEARTFELT THANKS 🥂🥂🍾”
