“I'm new to using a wood burning stove and was apprehensive about the type of wood to purchase. My order of kiln dried ash was delivered on the date and time that I requested by a very professional and helpful man who placed the pallet where I requested. The wood burns really well as per its description on the website and I will definitely be using Dalby Firewood again.”

“this is my second delivery of logs can,t fault dalby brilliant service and the delivery driver took the logs down my drive and put them in my garage SUPERB. definitely us them again.”

“This is the first time I have bought logs from Dalby Firewood and I found the service excellent. There was v helpful info on the website, it was easy to order, the logs came exactly as promised and on time and we were given good warning (ie specific and accurate) about when they would be delivered. Thank you.”

“1st time we have had a log burner, Dalby recomended by the installer, As far as i am concerned they have delivered everything they said they would, The description they gave of the pallet of wood being tightly packed and kiln dried was true. Also the pallet and securing wood makes great kindling, VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER”

“Probably worth more than 5 stars. Delivered exactly when stated, tightly packed in crate and perfectly dry. This is our second delivery from Dalby Firewood and I won’t be going anywhere else!”

“Ordered 3 bulk bags online Sunday and took delivery Tuesday. Called to add a chopping block to my order and that was added and sent with the delivery. Really helpful driver, logs delivered as close to our store as possible. Good mix with various sizes. Burn great and hot! Will definitely be a returning customer. Thanks again. Will deffo recommend to others for ease of ordering and quality.”

“This was the first time I had ordered from Dalby Firewood, very pleased with delivery, diver very polite and quick. Logs are perfect, decent size for my multifuel stove, good variation in log size, as I like smaller logs when first lighting the fire. Excellent quality and quality, so I’m really pleased and will definitely order again.”

“Excellent service the delivery arrived on time and the driver was able to move the pallet of wood into my garage using a powered pallet truck. Dalby Gold is a superb burner and the wood is really dry and ready to use immediately. Will certainly be using again. Mr Padgett Cawthorne S Yorkshire”

“Ordering was very easy. You can book a time slot for delivery. My logs arrived and the driver couldn't have been more helpful...put the pallet of logs exactly where i wanted them. Great service throughout.”
