“First time of purchasing logs. The day of delivery was forecast for heavy rain. Left some tarp for the delivery guy to cover, which he did. As it turns out the bag was already wrapped. So service is very good. The wood all looks good, however I have not used any yet so cannot comment on burn qualities”

“Delivery was excellent, courteous driver put the bulk bag straight into my garage. Wood is dry, cut to just the right size and burns well. Have tried other suppliers but Dalby Firewood are by far rhe best.”

“I received my second delivery of wood yesterday. The service when I called to order was again efficient, friendly and professional. The delivery was within the time slot and the driver was most helpful and professional. I can often be critical of the service that firms and organisations give. However Dalby Firewood is without doubt a very professional organisation and I highly commend them to any prospective customer. Thank you!”

“We had a wood burning stove fitted in Oct 2018 and tried another supplier of hardwood logs, which were okay. The company who fitted our stove suggested Dalby and we placed our first order recently and the quality of logs are far superior, they are drier, burn better and we are very happy.”

“Best wood , great for woodburner, we have been a customer for quite a while, and will continue to use them, and recommend them. This is the first time the delivery came when i could not be there, so thanks to the driver who delivered the logs, as everything was as requested for the delivery. Thanks.”
