“Very friendly staff but I did not receive a phone call to let me know when they were being delivered . I got home and found them dumped in front of the garage.”

“We are extremely pleased with our load of logs from Dalby Firewood - prompt, polite efficient service from Sabina on the phone, with a follow up call to make sure we'd received her text, then a very efficient delivery service of our load of wood, which came in the half our time slot promised, on the day we requested, with the delivery man being cheerful and polite. Finally, the logs burn really well, with a bright clear flame and little residue - we are using far fewer logs than usual to get the same amount of heat, making the Dalby Firewood excellent value for money. We will be return customers, and will heartily recommend your excellent logs.”

“Placed my first order for Dalby Gold Logs and excellent customer service with my order fully delivered within 2 working days. Very impressed with the very long burning time of each log and the high heat output. I shall now always order these logs and nothing else. Great value for such a high quality product too.”

“Easy ordering on-line and you are told when the delivery is to be made. The time keeping is excellent and you do not have to be there to take delivery as long as you leave instructions. Overall the best log supply company I have dealt with.”

As you ordered the Birch and Oak crate, the Birch is cut smaller to start the fire with as it's much easier to light than the Oak, which has a longer burning time.
