“Really great product and very friendly staff. Had to call on the day of the delivery to arrange delivery in my absence as my partner went into early labour and they were more than happy to oblige. Thanks!”

“I’ve ordered from ‘Dalby’ many times but not every time. See very last comment. Excellent quality. Extremely dry. Tightly packed. Pallet makes good kindling and has minimal number of nails so easy to dismantle. However they are EXPENSIVE.”

We're happy to hear that you've taken advantage of the pallet being kiln dried and used it for kindling. We try our best to keep the price of our products as low as we can. We pride ourselves on only producing the highest quality firewood, the price is reflective of the exceptionally high standards that we pride ourselves on. We have rigorous quality checks in place to ensure this level is met.

“Logs delivered as arranged , cut to perfect size , and loads in the large bag. These were very dry and ready to burn. Will re-order when needed , would recommend.”

“The bags are full, the wood is clean and nicely sized. The delivery was fast efficient and friendly. The price for two bags of quality wood was £220, which is reasonable in my opinion. Easy to order, the staff are professional and know their product well. Happy to be a return customer”

“Had trouble getting hold of charcoal in my local area and was looking for a decent brand to be able to cope with low & slow and high temperature’s to bbq on my Kamado Joe. Had a chat with Joe on Twitter and he suggested using his Dalby Firewood. Quick delivery but only just got round to being able to test on a cook. Well I’ve just cooked on the KJ with the slo-roller in a thunderstorm and can’t fault Dalby, charcoal maintained 120c throughout and then bumped to 250c for my crackling (was cooking wild boar loin). Needed to find a company that could supply all year round with a good consistent product in the U.K. Looks like I have found my answer”
