“Great quality wood at a good price, short turn round between ordering and delivery, very helpful delivery guy although I don’t believe he actually worked for Dalby Firewood and the delivery was outside the window given for it by about an hour but all in very happy with my experience”

Hi Brian, thank you for your review. All crates are delivered by a 3rd party company due to transportation reasons. This has always been the case. 🙂 In regards to the time it was delivered, i can see it was delivered after 17:30 which i can only apologise for. This time of year, there is a huge increase of freight going through the network so much busier than usual! Hope the wood is up to standard and hope you have a lovely Christmas!

“My bulk bag of seasoned mixed hardwoods arrived on date and on time. Easy delivery and the driver dropped the bag in position as per my request. Very friendly efficient team at Dalby. The quality of the logs is great. All good 25cm size with no waste in the bottom of the bag. We’ll worth the money. These seasoned logs are very dry and burn well with good flame and provide a good heat output from my 5kw Dik Guertz burner. Give Dalby Firewood a try. You won’t be disappointed.”
