“This review is only based on my most recent delivery,previous ones have been good.I had to contact the office to find out when my delivery was actually arriving as it was over the 7 days. The delivery did arrive within the allotted time on the email.,however the driver wouldnt take the bags from previous deliveries which i left out for him.Stating that he didnt have room,strange as he had just dropped of a bags of logs.So its now down to me get rid of them”

Hi James, Thank you for the review. The reason the driver wouldn't have rang the door bell is because it says on your order that customer is NOT present for delivery. If you are needing to be present on future deliveries, please select yes at this stage of ordering. The driver will then notify you he is there before offloading. Many thanks and hope you enjoy the wood.

“First time ordering and was perfect no issues. Was even sent a message with a 30 min time slot for delivery that was super accurate. Fella who delivered was polite and couldn’t do enough even wheeled the massive bag into my garage! *5 STARS* thank you :)”

Hi Peter, Individual items can only be ordered with a bulk bag or crate. We are unable to send out a small amount due to costs. The minimum bags of wood you can purchase is 3 and firelighters you can purchase a minimum of 4 boxes.
