Hi Peter, Individual items can only be ordered with a bulk bag or crate. We are unable to send out a small amount due to costs. The minimum bags of wood you can purchase is 3 and firelighters you can purchase a minimum of 4 boxes.

“Prompt service, even better delivery, wood is dry as a bone but only used a few pieces so far on a cold day. I ordered a full pallet of 60 sacks and although I fully understand and agree with why we have moved from plastic to paper sacks they are nowhere near as robust as the original plastic sacks - I still have a dozen left over from 2 years ago which I stored outside and which I can still hoick under my arms to move them around, unfortunately even though I moved (very carefully ) the new paper sacks the 60 yards off the pallet to the back of my shed several began to split. Not sure what they’ll be like come January & February. Perhaps something to review with sack suppliers.”

“Arrived next day, well packaged and undamaged. This is my favourite charcoal for using in my kamado - lights relatively quickly, gets very hot with vents open for searing and lasts well with them closed down for low and slow cooks. Would be good to see the 10kg bags available again as they're slightly better value than the 2kg ones.”
