“It’s always been very good in the past but this time it doesn’t seem to burn as swell that’s why Iam only giving it a 4 rather than a 5 let’s hope it’s just a one off,”

Thank you very much Mr Hawkins for taking the time to leave us a positive review, we really appreciate it. We're sorry to hear that this time you've not been as happy with your delivery, I noticed you've ordered the Kiln Dried Oak/Birch mix from us on this occasion, the Oak is very dense and you'll need to make sure that you're using the Birch to start the fire and then adding the Oak once the fire is well established. Hope this helps!

“Great next day delivery. Was pouring down on delivery, but the guys had covered the builders bag with another on top to keep as dry as possible. I stacked the logs straight away and after a day or two in the shed were spot on. Burn really well and much denser than logs i have got else where. Recommended.”

“Alwaysa great pleasure waiting for your delivery, such a good package what ever the size. I have a lot of oddments of wood of my own garnered from my own wild garden but yours is always the icing on the cake of my daily fire. Probably not your best customer but still very appreciative!”

“Delivery arrived as specified and without any issues. The product gives out plenty of heat, burns for a decent time with a nice flame and is clean burning. There has been significant improvement in keeping the stove glass clean. I mastered the burning characteristics of using Ash for the first time very quickly.”
