“Excellent service ordered Monday arrived Wednesday, top quality logs which burn for ages and really chuck some heat out, very pleased the logs and the company are highly recommend.”

“Good friendly service prompt delivery and the driver Listens to where you want the delivery I have a steep drive and he always drops at the top of the drive but maintains access for me , the wood burns very well and hot ( this might sound silly but I’ve had wood from other suppliers which hadn’t been seasoned correctly and was wet and wouldn’t burn ) overall very good service”

“Great product dry and burns well some of the logs could have been split a 2nd time for smaller wood burners Been using their logs for over 3-years”

Hi Mrs Coombs Thanks for your review. The logs you ordered are a mixture of standard and thin logs as described. If you have a small woodburner then try thin cut instead of standard /thin. Not everyone has a small woodburner , this is why we have different grades. Try the thin cut next time, these are for small woodburners.

“This is our second pallet load and the delivery was on the correct day with minimum fuss. It took less than 5 mins to unload and place the pallet in our garage on the driveway. Excellent service.”

“Lovely hardwood. Burns really well. Sensible price for 2 packs of approximately 10 pieces each.( even better with the slight discount ) Delivered to front door. Happy to recommend.”

“Delivery time is quick and very well communicated to you with text messages to let you know. The delivery staff very helpful and professional as are the office staff. The wood is simply fabulous very easy to stack and the description re: how the wood burns on the website is very accurate. Very little ash left after burn. I have ordered Birch & Oak also Ash all are excellent. The logs burn as described and are easy to light superb product.”

“It's a whooooole lot of wood! Luckily somebody was home when the pallet arrived and the delivery driver kindly wheeled it into our garage. Looks like enough wood to last years, but already burning through it...and on that note, it does burn very well!”
