“Excellent from every aspect. Order was simple. Delivery as stated. Burnt around 15 logs now all lasting well and giving off plenty heat. Defo use this Dalby Firewood company again.”

Hi Mr Clark, Thank you for your kind review. The option to select AM/PM or time specific is available on the website when you place your order. You opted for the all day delivery service which is why no specific time was given. Hope this helps for future.

“You guys to be honest are Log porn, tried others that are cheaper as £85 a bag for std hardwood logs regularly is expensive, but I simply always come back due to reliability & quality, you could put a picture frame around your logs lol, Log porn what more can I say ?”

“I'm not one for writing reviews as generally I 'CBA' (Google it). But, I'll be honest here - and give credit where credit is due. We have had a log burner installed for a few years now. And we used the same supplier. He retired, and sold the business on. The new owners do not have a clue, and are now selling un-seasoned tat. It would appear that every man and his dog are jumping on the bandwagon. Going to their nearest wood, chopping down a few trees and selling this rubbish on. No wonder in some quarters wood burners are getting a bad name. We got given a pamphlet by the installers from Dalby Firewood, I never gave it a thought until now. As I thought they were too far away. Not a problem. After refusing two loads off a local supplier (we have a moisture meter) and a further load off another local supplier, we were at our wits end. All unseasoned tat. All going off the moisture scale on my trusty meter. Dalby Firewood are certainly not the cheapest - unless you like trying to burn wood that resembles wet sponges and you like your wood burner glass brown in the morning. But, they are the best. Burns straight from the off. No brown glass too. 10/10. Certainly use again. Thank you.”
